  While my grandfathers’ health declined due to Parkinson’s and dementia, this man made our lives hell. My mother had to diagnose his sever panic attacks, after months and months of Dr. McCoy shaking his head in disbelief saying, 'I just can't imagine why he does this.' When placed in his hospice care, Full Life, which was literally PURE HELL on earth, we soon had to switch hospices. But this was not going to happen without a fight from their end. These ill mannered, poorly educated 'nurses' they had coming to our house not only physically abused my grandfather, but then treated us as if we were the problem. Upon the days leading up to our switch, there was a woman who actually came into our home, and told my dying grandfather that we, his family were the reason he was in such bad shape, and that we didn’t want to take care of him anymore, and we were going to put him in a nursing home. None of this was true, our intention was to keep him at home. I can honestly say this woman is lucky I didn't severely hurt her and send her to the hospital; she could not get out of my house fast enough. Another complain is, he prescribed my grandmother an inhaler, which was completely unnecessary, and when she went back again for the same issues, he said, 'well since you have never needed an inhaler, well try this route,' not even recalling, even though I'm sure it was on her records, that he had in fact given her an inhaler a month prior. Again, when we saw him for my grandfather, at this time he was not able to make it out to the clinic, before hospice, we presented him with our observations we had noticed on a day to day basis, as he had requested, and he GOOGLED answers. A doctor, googling? I can do that myself, we were paying him for answers and help and literally received absolutely nothing but heartache. This man should lose his license to practice medicine, and his hospice should go down as well. From what I heard from employees at our new, wonderful hospice, Russel Murray, they had heard many people complain about Full Life as well, stating the care was absolutely horrible and getting medication was a fight, which was just one of our many, many complaints. All in all, this man is a complete joke. He has no compassion for his patients, and obviously has no idea what modern medicine. Anyone can google, the only difference is, this moron gets paid to.
